About Tami
Tami Kirschner is a dedicated real estate professional with a unique background and a passion for the Tampa housing market. Originally from a small town in the Catskill mountains of NY, Tami moved to the Bay area to attend The University of South Florida and fell in love with the small town feel of south Tampa. Since graduating in 1995 with a bachelor's degree in education, she has called Tampa her home.
After working as a teacher for several years, equipped with strong interpersonal skills, Tami transitioned into the corporate design sales sector, where she gained almost a decade of experience in sales and marketing. This experience provided her with valuable skills in negotiation, client relationships, and business acumen.
In 2004, Tami obtained her real estate license and began representing a local real estate developer and builder, selling their single-family and multifamily home projects throughout Tampa. Additionally, Tami has personal experience buying and selling three residences, where she showcased her eye for design, functionality, and attention to detail through renovations and design/build projects. This hands-on experience has given her a deep understanding of the emotional and financial aspects of the real estate process, allowing her to guide her clients with empathy and expertise.
Tami resides in Golfview, a beautiful historic neighborhood in south Tampa, with her family of four. She is well-connected in the community and actively engages in networking. Tami is involved in supporting various organizations such as the YMCA, Feeding Tampa Bay, Metropolitan Ministries, Starting Right Now, Jesuit High School, St. John's Episcopal School, and Golfview Neighborhood Association. She is also a member of prestigious clubs like the Tampa Yacht and Country Club, The University Club, The Stovall House, and The Longboat Key Club.
